Stories & Essays
Well, my 12th grade English teacher, Ms. Ellis, would be proud that she succeeded: after years of painful essay-writing, I finally like writing them! Of course, I’ve always liked writing stories. Here are some of my favorites.
- Who is This Walking Man?
- Can We Just Be Friends?
- “Then fall, Caesar.”
- Inheritance
- The Selfishness of Postmodernism: The Assault on Today’s Marriages and Families
- The Case for Christian Psychotherapy
Poetry
I’ve been trying my hand at poetry since ‘96. For many years I have been writing what I know now is actually prose. For the sake of argument, I’ve included both my poetry and my prose. I’ve also been experimenting with what I’m tentatively calling e-poetry (for lack of a better name). It’s kind of hard to explain – you’ll just have to see it for yourself.
